FLIGHT #1
ONE IN A
SWARM
A Georgia Tech word game. Rarer answers fly higher.
Seven prompts, 25 seconds each. Don't say the obvious thing.
studying late? classic Tech.
SIGHTINGS
Odd things turn up on the way to the Moon, and a few only show if you go looking.
RULES
- Daily flight: seven prompts, the same for everyone, new at 00:00 UTC. You get 25 seconds a round.
- A correct answer ends the round and lifts the swarm. A wrong one costs no time: the box shakes and you keep guessing. Repeats of a guess are ignored.
- Rarer is better. The obvious answer scores 10. The one hidden One in a Swarm answer scores 100.
- Every answer climbs the same distance per point. Ten points is a little over half a screen; a hundred is six screens. A perfect 700 lands on the Moon.
- Spelling is forgiving: capitals, accents, punctuation and plurals don't matter, short names count (CULC is Clough), and a near-miss asks you to confirm.
- Infinite mode: one 45-second clock for the whole run. It only drains while the answer box is active or has text in it. Correct answers add 8 to 16 seconds. A wrong guess costs nothing; a skip costs 5.
Rarity tiers are editorial guesses, not measured from real players.
